Definitive Technology's Dymension DM30 takes your home theater's center channel performance to places that most speakers just can't — namely, into the realm of deep bass. It sports an 8" upward-firing woofer driven by a 180-watt amplifier, plus two 8" upward firing passive radiator cones to control and further extend low-frequency response. That means you can set the center channel to "full range" in your A/V receiver, and this speaker will reproduce the bass frequencies in on-screen effects, voices, and soundtrack music.
At over 30" wide and nearly 16" deep, this is a sizeable center channel, so please check to see if you have enough space for it in your setup.

Firing from the speaker's front baffle are a total of five additional drivers, including a 1" aluminum oxide dome tweeter and four 5-1/4" woofers. The tweeter's Teteron (cloth) suspension helps it produce smooth, extended highs. And the woofers use advanced Balanced Dual Surround System (BDSS) technology for control and clarity.
The DM30 is a particularly good match for larger powered towers (each with their own built-in powered sub) in Definitive's Dymension Series, like the DM70 or flagship DM80.
