Returns & Exchanges
We offer a return for full refund or exchange if the product is defective, for up to 15 days of the ship date. If the unit has operational issues after this period, it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty for repair or exchange. Please contact us for help and details.
If the product is not defective, we must be notified within 15 days of the ship date of the desire to return the product, and the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Audio Solutions Customer Service through any of the following methods: by email at: Audioreference@aol.com, or by phone at: (317)255-4434 , Then Press #2.
Shipping Error or Damage
Please call us right away at (317)255-4434 or email us if an order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, a description of what happened, and photos. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately
